Fees Payments Process

When registering on PlayHQ you will be asked to choose either Full Payment or alternatively you elect to use Paypal’s ‘Pay in 4’ instalment plan over 6 weeks.

Refunds Policy

  1. All players who play a game prior to round 7 must pay full registration fees.
  2. No refunds for any player who plays 10 or more games in Mens Div2 for the regular season.
  3. No refunds for any player who plays 8 or more games in Mens Div3 or Womens Div2.
  4. Any player who is “filling in” must pay the per game fee, which is only available after round 7.
